🌺Je vous présente ma dernière réalisation d'entremet🌺: 🎀🎁 "L'Infiniment chocolat"; un gâteau composé de chocolat ( en ganache et en mousse) et Yuzu( en compotée et panacotta), la recette élaborée pour "Le journal du pâtissier" ( Magazine n° 444) et nos macarons disponible dans nos boutiques: Chocolat, Rose/Framboise, Fruit de la Passion /Caramel, Framboise, Praliné/Vanille, Amande/ Abricot.🎁🎀
🌺I present you my last achievement of dessert 🌺: 🎀🎁 "The infinitely chocolate"; a cake made of chocolate (in ganache and mousse) and Yuzu (in compote and panacotta), the recipe developed for "le journal du pâtissier" (Magazine n ° 444) and our macaroons available in our shops: Chocolate, Rose / Raspberry , Passion Fruit / Caramel, Raspberry, Praline / Vanilla, Almond / Apricot.🎁🎀
